Terms of Service

These terms apply to any website, SEO, or Google Business Profile service provided by Woods Collective Web Design (ABN 82 144 828 846) to a client ("you") under the Starter or Pro plan described on our Pricing page.

Services

We provide website design and development, hosting, SEO, and Google Business Profile management, bundled into a single monthly plan as described on the Pricing page.

Fees and payment

There's no upfront cost. Your first payment is charged once you've approved your mock-up and the site is ready to go live; billing then continues monthly for as long as your plan is active. Extra pages and blog add-ons are billed as described on the Pricing page.

Turnaround

Typical turnaround is 36–48 hours from kickoff to a live site, assuming timely feedback and content from you — delays on your end will push this out.

Ownership

You retain full ownership of your domain name and everything you provide us — copy, images, and branding assets. The website itself — its design, code, and hosting — is provided for your use only while your plan is active, and remains the property of Woods Collective Web Design. If you cancel, the website does not transfer to you, but your domain name and provided content do.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Once your plan ends, so does access to the live website — we'll help you take your domain name and provided content with you.

Support and edits

Unlimited edits and 24/7 support are included as described on the Pricing page for your plan.

Liability

We provide these services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to these services is limited to the fees you've paid us under your current plan.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — the current version always applies to your plan going forward.
